I was assured my room would not be given away and that they had notated that we would be checking in late that night.
I realized that we would be getting in later than expected that day, called ahead at 5pm for late check in to ensure room was not given away. The entire wedding party was on the 8th floor so we specifically booked our room to be on the same floor. I was staying at Excalibur for a family wedding.
